East Texans age 55 or older on limited income or having difficulty finding a job may be able
to get a training opportunity through the Experience Works program of the East Texas Workforce
Center. Experience Works can offer temporary part-time work while residents look for a
permanent job. There is no charge for the service. Experience Works is part of the Senior
Community Service Employment Program, Title V, Older Americans Act, and is funded
